PageOnDemand.com proposes a novel perception of our trade

Since 2006, a wide array of professionals have selected PageOnDemand.com for their catalogue creation projects. Among them, Ms. Alida Terrassin, Lead Layout Artist with Avanci and devout fan, explains to us why she adopted the most recent service developed by PageOnDemand.com as her day-to-day guide.

A decidedly “green” service: Gone is the need for printouts at each step of the production process

Being able to scroll through the history of pages, from the last publication back to the initial draft, is essential to effective collaboration between agency and client. Since the release of the new screen browsing service for production stages, we’ve stopped systematically printing all versions for each layout. With such strong ecological advantages, I no longer have to handle huge print jobs; everything I need is accessible on the PageOnDemand.com platform. With a simple click of the mouse, I can see the history of all changes for each page. Every step of the way, I know who’s responsible and when responsibility was handed over. This daily monitoring enables a faster detection of obstacles or eventual errors.
I’ve advised my colleagues to use this service, because my take is that we all stand to gain!

For each novelty, its utility

To my mind, the essence of our profession lies in expertise and consulting services. I stand side by side with our clients to convey as accurately as possible their catalogue objectives in attractive and cogent page layouts.
Since 2006, PageOnDemand.com has been my basic working tool. I quickly got used to regularly exploring all the new services available to assist me with the tasks at hand, and I became very comfortable with quite a number of them. I really appreciate the impetus provided by PageOnDemand.com to continuously enrich its offering through a contemporary vision of the profession.

Since its founding, PageOnDemand.com has added over 300 new features, which comes out to an average of one every three days.
